However in order to ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, and 48 hours for cancelling a Keratin conditioning treatment.
We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service available. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another time.
If you miss or cancel beyond the required time frame, we will try and fill your appointment. If we are unable to do so, you will be charged a cancellation fee depending on the length of your appointment.Visa, MasterCard and debit cards are accepted for payment.
